Hijama also known as wet cupping, or medicinal bleeding, where blood is drawn by local suction from a small skin incision. The incisions may be made either before or after the cupping procedure. The moot point here is to draw any impurities and toxins from the blood. An ointment is applied at the end of the procedure to prevent any sort of infection. Hijama is benificial for Arthritis, including rheumatoid arthritis,Back pain, neck pain, knee pain and shoulder pain, Breathing problems, Carpal tunnel syndrome, Gastrointestinal disorders, Headaches and migraines, High blood pressure (hypertension) and many other lifestyle disease.
Massage Therapy
Massage therapy is the scientific manipulation of the soft tissues of the body, consisting primarily of manual (hands-on) techniques such as applying fixed or movable pressure, holding, and moving muscles and body tissues. Massage therapy may also be recommended for its documented clinical benefits such as improving pulmonary function in young asthma patients, reducing psychoemotional distress in individuals who suffer from chronic inflammatory bowel disease, helping with weight gain, improving motor development in premature infants, and enhancing immune system functioning.
Cupping Therapy
Cupping therapy is one of the oldest and most effective method of releasing the toxins from body tissue and organs. It is also known as vacuum cupping, hijama cupping, horn treatment etc. It is a practice in which the therapist puts special cups on the skin to create suction. This causes the tissue beneath the cup to be drawn up and swell causing increase in blood flow to affected area. Enhanced blood flow under the cups draws impurities and toxins away from the nearby tissues and organs towards the surface for elimination. People get it for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage. For most people cupping therapy is a really great experience. There are countless health benefits for cupping. Also, it can be a very relaxing and relieving experience.
